All training is done via a Fitness Trainer App, where you'll have:

  1. Daily assigned tasks to guide your workouts.
  2. Personalized routines based on your fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, endurance)
  3. Scheduled video training sessions with our certified trainers for:
    >Form correction to prevent injuries and ensure you get the most out of your workouts.
